After the scoping call, we provide you with a project plan, which outlines the deliverables and timelines

Technical connectivity

Our technical team connects to your applications and data

sources:

  1. Cloud applications

  2. On-premise connections (if required)

  3. Database build

  4. Initial data load and review

Build your environment

We build you a custom data automation system:

  1. Build the main server environment (cloud or on-premise)

  2. Connect to on-premise & cloud applications

  3. Configure 'industrial grade' security

Initial data load and review

Once connected to the applications, data can be loaded into the staging database:

  1. Our BA meets with you to review the data

  2. You can view your data within a spreadsheet or your own BI tool

  3. Data may need to be validated

Data transformers & calculations

To make it easier for users, the data often needs to be 'transformed' and calculations added:

  1. Some examples are converting dates and time to be in the same format.

  2. Calculating profit on goods sold

Phase 1 - go live & test

Once connected to the applications, data can be loaded into the staging database:

  1. Data can be reviewed by using Power BI or Excel

  2. Data may need to be validated

Phase 2 - refine & broad scale adoption

Based on your feedback, we make adjustments to the data and reports.

  2. Further monitoring and feedback - refinements as required
